Cancellation & Refund Policy
All applications for refunds must be made in writing to Impactiv8.
Impactiv8 offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for all Impactiv8 online training programs (FB Business Success & Social Media Success). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days. No questions asked!
Our cancellation policy for bespoke social media presentations or workshops:
- If you advise Impactiv8 in writing no less than two weeks prior to the workshop date, we will refund any payments already made minus a $250 administration and planning fee.
- If you advise Impactiv8 in writing less than two weeks prior to the workshop date, you will not be entitled to a refund of the booking deposit.
Our cancellation policy for face-to-face workshops or presentations for individual participants:
- If you advise Impactiv8 in writing no less than 5 working days prior to the commencement of your workshop, we will provide a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
- If you advise Impactiv8 in writing 1-5 working days prior to the commencement of your course, we will refund 50% of the cost of the course.
- If you advise Impactiv8 in writing with less than 1 working day prior to the commencement of your course, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you withdraw from the course at any stage once it has commenced, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Our cancellation policy for coaching sessions:
- A minimum of 24hrs notice is required to reschedule/cancel a coaching session. If we do not receive this, the scheduled block will be lost.
All refunds will be provided by Electronic Funds Transfer and can take up to a month to process.
In all other circumstances Impactiv8 will:
- Ensure that students receive a refund of fees for services not provided.
- Ensure that the refund policy is fair and equitable.
