Before you get started on creating your social media content, it’s important to get the foundations in place such as your brand voice, editorial mission, content pillars and the type of content you are going to share that is most likely to engage and convert your audience.

We’ll provide you with the frameworks to achieve this, as well as stepping you through how to use AI and other helpful resources to create algorithm-friendly content in your voice, in record time.

Social Media Content Calendar Creation

Once you’ve decided what type of content to create, we’ll start to map out a content calendar that takes into consideration what’s going on in your business throughout the year, your content mix and what would be an achievable content cadence to set you up for success.

You’ll then use our content idea generation tools to start mapping out your social media content calendar in more detail.

Simple Social Media Copy Creation

For the next step, we’re going to help you create highly engaging copy for your social posts using AI tools. We’ll provide you with the perfect prompts to be able to create social media copy that gets your audience clicking, engaging and converting.

We’ll share with you our copy inspiration swipe files and social media copy AI prompt examples so you can hit the ground running.

Simple Social Media Image Creation

Next, we’ll get stuck into social media image creation (the easy way). We’ll help you create a Brand Kit for your business to maximise your efficiency. Then, using our easily adaptable templates you’ll create on-brand templates of your own (without the need for creative flair or design skills), getting feedback as you go. Once these are set up you’ll be able to create images quickly from this point forward. 

To bring it all together we’ll show you how to easily batch your image production process and bulk create images with just a few clicks.

What do I need to bring?

This is going to be a hands-on-workshop where you create as you learn. Therefore you will need a laptop that has the ability to connect to our wi-fi to work on throughout the day. Make sure that laptop is loaded with any photos, videos, testimonials, blogs, etc that you plan to share on social media. If you can make sure they are filed so that they are easy for you to find, that is really going to help you get the most out of our time together. 

If you have a calendar of your planned business activities for the year, bring it along so that you can match the scheduling of your content to ensure you get the right messages to the right people at the right time. 

It would be highly advantageous if you have access to Canva (Pro plan preferably) or whatever your preferred image editing tool is. We will be using AI to assist you in creating some of the copy, so if you have a ChatGPT (or other AI Assistant) account already set up, that would also be helpful.

What if I don't have any photos, videos, blogs, etc?

If you’re just starting out and don’t have a backlog of digital assets to share, such as a photos, videos, testimonials or blogs, it doesn’t matter. There are so many other types of content you can share. We can get you started creating other simple forms of engaging content and send you away with a plan to start building additional digital assets that you can share over time using the strategies learnt in the workshop.

Can I bring another team member with me?

We understand that social media is often a team effort. If you’d like to bring another person from your team, you can do so for an additional $250 for the extra person (limit for 2 people per team). Just contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Please note that this offer is only extended to those people working in the same business.

How much content will I create in the workshop?

Your results will vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, how prepared you are in advance of the workshop and your work ethic. But our aim is to have you leave with as many social media posts as possible created and ready to be scheduled, along with all the tools you require to create social media posts with ease for many years to come. 

What if I need to leave early?

The main content will be delivered by 3pm, with the final hour focusing on implementing the lessons learnt. So if you need to duck away early for school pick up or other commitments, you won’t miss anything, you will just have a bit more homework to do. 

Is this workshop catered?

Definitely! We don’t want hunger impacting your learning. We will have refreshments in the form of tea, coffee and water (still and sparkling) available throughout the day. Lunch will be a combination of wraps, sandwiches, sushi and a grazing platter. We will also have other healthy snacks available for the breaks. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know once you’ve registered. 

Can I attend this workshop remotely?

Not this time around. We’ve designed this workshop in a way that you really need to be in the room. Attempting to deliver it in a hybrid model would impact the quality for both those in attendance, as well as anyone dialling in.

How does the payment plan work?

You will be charged in two equal payments of $282 (total of $564). The first payment will be deducted immediately and the second one a month later.
